Common questions
- How do I delete my account?
- In Ribbon, open Settings and tap Delete account. Everything you added is erased; circles you started carry on for the people still in them.
- An invite link won’t open.
- Invites expire. Ask whoever sent it for a fresh one, and open it on the iPhone where Ribbon is installed.
- Someone posted something they shouldn’t have.
- Press and hold the message and tap Report, or Block to stop seeing their messages. They aren’t told, and we review every report.
- Can the person a gift is for see who bought it?
- No. They never see who is holding or buying a gift, what it cost, or the chats about their gifts.
